Where do you ship?

We provide shipping within Singapore.

How much is shipping?

SINGAPORE

Free standard delivery for orders above $50.

For orders below $50, we offer a $4 flat shipping rate per order (3-5 working days).

When will I get my package?

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for order processing and delivery.

Our delivery service operates Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

*During festive seasons or exceptional circumstances, such as high order volumes or unforeseen events, our team may require an additional 2 to 3 working days to prepare and dispatch your order.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

For urgent orders, place your order before 12pm to enjoy our Same Day Delivery service at an additional charge of $20.

Receive your order between 3pm to 9pm on the same day of purchase.

Kindly note that this Same-Day delivery service is only available from Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays. A re-delivery fee may apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts that require re-delivery.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive tracking details from the courier company via WhatsApp or SMS once order is confirmed and packed.

Do you ship outside of Singapore?

For shipping requests outside Singapore, kindly contact us via email at digitalmarketing@rtgmedia.com.sg.

How long will it take to get my order?

Can I cancel my order with you after I've placed it?

Yes, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes and receive a refund - write to us at digitalmarketing@rtgmedia.com.sg with your order number.

If more than 60 minutes has elapsed since your order, the fulfilment team is preparing or has already prepared your order for dispatch.

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 2 business days. Once the refund has been processed, it will take another 2-3 business days to appear in your bank transaction history.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

Credit cards and Paynow.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange a product?

No, we are unable to make any exchanges due to hygiene purposes.

I received the wrong order/incorrect item/damaged item in my order.

We are sorry for the mistake.

Please write in to us at digitalmarketing@rtgmedia.com.sg within 3 days of receiving your order and we will make arrangements for the exchange.

Products and Ingredients

What are the ingredients in the products?

The ingredient list for each product is displayed on its packaging and on its product page, under the “Ingredients” Tab.

Do you use parabens?

No, we do not use parabens in our products.

Why are there little white specks in the balms?

Those pearl-like bits are just natural ingredients, which solidify when they get cold.

As our balms are made from 100% naturally derived ingredients, seasonality differences may cause differences to the product's smell, color and appearance.

Will your products irritate me or my baby's allergies?

You are the best judge for you and your baby! Please look at the ingredients lists to see if any of your known allergens are in our products.

At what age can I start using the baby products on my baby?

Please refer to the guidelines for each products.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

We recommend that any expectant mother to check with her physician before changing her skin care routine with any new product.

Do you test on animals?

No, we do not test our products on animals nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.

Where does Twinkle manufacture its products?

We import some of our ingredients from overseas and produce our products in Singapore.
